We are looking for businesses that emphasise customer service and are “friendly” to domestic and international travellers seeking an individual, high quality experience.

What this means is that you as owners, your management and staff are dedicated to quality wine & food tourism, are helpful to tourists and understand that there are cultural differences which we need to recognise in dealing successfully with people, irrespective of their origin or background.

This definition this does not necessarily mean 5 star or those who may only cater to the mass market. A more personalised, boutique, “authentic” style of operation is more often preferred by our visitors.

We understand the challenges of running a business in regional areas. Sometimes the world is not perfect, no matter how hard we try!

Therefore, your presence, attitude, humour and commonsense play a huge part in delivering the experience we want to offer those visiting our site and your region.
