wine-region-tours.com has published these names and maps for the purposes of its own business on this site, and indicate general touring areas associated with particular wine regions, and therefore disclaims any reliance on this listing for all other purpose.

NOTES - For Australian maps and region names:

  1. These names have been added by wine-region-tours.com for the purposes of navigation through this site.
  2. The regions "Murray Darling" and "Swan Hill" are contained within the zones of "Big Rivers" (NSW) and "North West Victoria" (VIC).
  3. These names are subject to Final Determination or considered interim names and are not eligible for entry into the Register of Protected Names at the time of our last update. Official List from AWBC.
  • The term "South Eastern Australia", not listed above, but appearing on many wine labels, incorporates the whole of the states of New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania and part only of the states of Queensland and South Australia.
