The regions "Murray Darling" and "Swan Hill" are contained within the zones of "Big Rivers" (NSW) and "North West Victoria" (VIC).

The term "South Eastern Australia", not listed above, but appearing on many wine labels, incorporates the whole of the states of New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania and part only of the states of Queensland and South Australia.
